The Policy Document Presentation organized by the Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (ÇOMÜ) Rectorate was held at the Çanakkale Naval Museum Command Conference Hall.

Participants included Çanakkale Mayor Ülgür Gökhan, ÇOMÜ Rector Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Dinçay Köksal and Prof. Dr. Evren Karayel Gökkaya, Secretary General Oğuz Ünal, Deputy Secretaries General Dr. Mehmet Erkan Kıllıoğlu, Lecturer Tanju Güdük, İsmail Ceylan, Sinan Karabulgu, Rector Advisor Lecturer Mustafa İlker Gülcemal, Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism Çağman Esirgemez, Provincial Director of National Education Ferhat Yılmaz, Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Ömer Kalkan, Çanakkale Protocol, and university academicians.

After a moment of silence and the recitation of the National Anthem, Rector Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu presented the 2023-2027 Policy Document, which includes the mission, vision, and strategies of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University.

Beginning his presentation, Rector Erenoğlu said, "As an academician born, raised, and who completed the majority of his education in the state schools of this city, returned as a faculty member to the first and only university of this city after completing undergraduate and postgraduate education, and has undertaken many scientific research projects aimed at the city, I am honored and pleased to serve as a senior manager at my university."

In his presentation, Rector Erenoğlu highlighted several key topics, including:
