The Quality Assurance Commission and Student Quality Assurance Commission meeting of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (ÇOMÜ) was held in the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Conference Hall at the Faculty of Fine Arts.

The meeting was attended by Rector Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Dinçay Köksal and Prof. Dr. Evren Karayel Gökkaya, Dean of Students Prof. Dr. Bülent Güven, Acting Secretary General Oğuz Ünal, Rector Advisor Lecturer Mustafa İlker Gülcemal, and commission members.

Student Quality Commission President Beyza Hamdiye Güner provided information about the duties and responsibilities of the student quality commission, introduced YÖKAK quality ambassadors, and emphasized the importance of student participation in quality studies. Quality and Leadership Club President Büşra Taşgın introduced the club and informed commission members about its activities. Dean of Students Prof. Dr. Bülent Güven introduced the Dean of Students office and discussed its activities and how students can contribute to the process.

In his remarks, Rector Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu emphasized the importance of student participation in quality assurance activities conducted by the university. He stated, “Both the Dean of Students office and the Student Quality Commission, as well as the Quality and Leadership Club, play a crucial role in enhancing and improving the quality of education at our university.”

The meeting concluded with a Q&A session on quality assurance activities, followed by a group photo.
