The Physical Education and Sports Teacher Education Department within the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University has been accredited for a period of two years.

The program, which applied for accreditation during the 2022-2023 evaluation period, successfully completed the review and evaluation conducted by the Sports Sciences Association-Sports Sciences Education Programs Evaluation and Accreditation Board (SPORAK), authorized by the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK), proving that its activities comply with quality standards.

With the accreditation of the relevant program, the number of accredited programs at ÇOMÜ Faculty of Sports Sciences has increased to 2, and the number of accredited programs across our university has risen to 15.
