Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (ÇOMÜ) Rector Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Dinçay Köksal paid a courtesy visit to the President of the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK), Prof. Dr. Ümit Kocabıçak.

During the visit, a detailed presentation was given to Prof. Dr. Kocabıçak about the quality assurance activities carried out by Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. The presentation particularly emphasized the goals regarding institutional accreditation and program accreditation.

An invitation was extended to President Prof. Dr. Ümit Kocabıçak to attend the Thrace Regional Quality Workshop planned for December and the Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Quality Workshop.

During the visit, expressing gratitude to YÖKAK President Prof. Dr. Ümit Kocabıçak for the support provided to ÇOMÜ's quality assurance activities, Rector Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu stated, "As a university, we mobilize all our resources to carry out quality assurance activities at the highest level. In this context, our cooperation with YÖKAK is strengthening day by day. We thank President Prof. Dr. Ümit Kocabıçak for the support he provides to our university."

YÖKAK President Prof. Dr. Ümit Kocabıçak expressed his satisfaction with Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University's quality assurance activities, stating, "Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University is a university that carries out important work in the field of quality assurance. We believe that these efforts will make significant contributions to the university's development. As YÖKAK, we will continue to support the university's quality assurance activities.
