As part of the program accreditation efforts, the independent external evaluation team appointed by the STAR Social Humanities and Basic Sciences Accreditation and Rating Association conducted an evaluation visit to assess the Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, and International Relations departments of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, as well as the Finance and Banking and International Trade and Logistics departments of the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the Biga Campus.

Led by Prof. Dr. Erginbay Uğurlu from Istanbul Aydın University, the 10-member evaluation team consisting of experts from various universities and a student representative visited our university from October 15th to 18th, 2023. On the first day of the visit, the evaluation team conducted inspections at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and the Faculty of Applied Sciences in Biga, holding discussions with the respective deans, department heads of the departments undergoing program accreditation, academic staff, and student representatives.

On the second day, the evaluation team visited our Terzioğlu Campus, where they met with our university's Rector, Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu, Vice Rector for Quality Assurance Prof. Dr. Dinçay Köksal, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Erkul, Prof. Dr. Evren Karayel Gökkaya, and Secretary General Ş. Oğuz Ünal to discuss the program accreditation evaluation process. Following the meetings with the university's senior management, the evaluation team visited administrative units directly related to the activities of the programs undergoing accreditation, gathering information from the relevant unit managers and staff.

The evaluation visit concluded on the final day with a closing meeting held at our university's Senate Hall. Attended by our Rector Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu, Vice Rector for Quality Assurance, members of the evaluation team from the STAR Association, deans of the relevant faculties involved in the program accreditation process, and department heads of the departments undergoing program accreditation evaluation, the meeting featured remarks by Rector Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu, emphasizing the significant contributions of the program accreditation efforts carried out by the relevant departments within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and the Faculty of Applied Sciences in Biga to our university's quality assurance activities and stakeholders. During the meeting, the evaluation team members presented the Evaluation Visit Exit Feedback to Rector Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu, deans of the relevant faculties, and department heads of the departments undergoing program accreditation evaluation.
